What features does the Jetour T2 get? 

New materials used for Jetour T2 4×4 contain a range of modern features that assure both comforts and comfort on roads. Taking center stage of its technological solutions is the engine start/stop; it enables the drivers to start the vehicle with the push of a button. The vehicle has the feature of the keyless entry system and this means that access to the vehicle is very easy. 

The electric power steering is another welcome feature on the T2, at least the steering wheel is wrapped in leather to give that luxurious feel. The tilt and telescope feature is incorporated in the steering column in such a way that drivers can set the position that will best suit them.

A large 15.6-inch touchscreen is used in operating various aspects of the vehicle with much ease. The multifunction steering wheel means that drivers do not have to let go of the wheel when controlling some features of the car, and Bluetooth means that the users’ mobile phones can easily be connected to the car for the use of features such as calls and music.

What engine & transmission options are available?

In terms of the engines, the Jetour T2 is endowed with a powerful 2000cc engine with the capability of producing 251 horsepower. It is assisted by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) that provides smooth and fast shifting capabilities for better acceleration while at the same time improving fuel economy.

Yes, while it will remind a lot of people of the Suzuki Jimny, it still looks very attractive and bright, perfect for someone who wants something loud and flashy. 

But if that is too flashy for you, you can always opt for the Night Black, which has a much more subtle appeal to it. 

Should you buy the Jetour T2?

The Jetour T2 4×4 is a perfect embodiment of what a mid-size SUV is; on the inside and on the outside, it’s much more than an ordinary car. Its extensive design together with a potent power plant and numerous features prove that the car is capable of competing in its category. Despite its designation as a trans-territorial vehicle, the T2 will make sure that drivers will have a comfortable and fashionable ride whether if they’re traversing city streets or rough terrain. 

It is relatively cheap particularly when compared to its counterparts that exist within the UAE market thus making it appealing to individuals who are hunters of bargains or individuals who prefer relatively cheap quality commodities. Of course, it won’t be ideal for every person to avoid, but if one is looking to stand out and turn heads on the road, the Jetour T2 is certainly one that will be very persuasive.

What are my alternatives? 

If you have not been convinced by the Jetour T2 up until this point, then you will have to look at the competition. The Audi Q2 comes across at least as a status symbol, whereas the Subaru Forester is at least quite a bit more dedicated. The Toyota Fortuner and the Isuzu MU-X are the two that can defend the off-road terrain with nothing less than being invulnerable. Therefore, if those two things are dear to you, we would recommend that you take a closer look at them. And lastly, you have the Mazda CX-8 which has a tad more of the traditional look to it when compared to its siblings.
