Mitsubishi Reveals 2025 Outlander PHEV with Upgraded Tech and Refined Design

SAUDI ARABIA : Mitsubishi has come up with a glimpse into the upcoming 2025 Outlander PHEV. It reveals some subtle yet significant modifications from its fourth-generation predecessor. The latest version of this car promises several upgrades, but the full design remains to be announced.

• The 2025 Outlander PHEV will feature advanced infotainment systems, including a 12.3-inch screen. With premium interior materials, ventilated seats, and an advanced audio system, it is all set to impress car enthusiasts.

The latest Outlander PHEV from Mitsubishi is set to impress buyers with a new large battery. It will boost the performance of the EV, besides extending its driving range. The existing system produces approximately 251 PS and 450 Nm of torque, with an all-electric range of up to 61 km. The upgraded battery is expected to enhance both responsiveness and overall driving experience.

Enhanced Interior and Technology

The 2025 Outlander PHEV will offer a larger 12.3-inch infotainment screen. With better interior materials and seat ventilation, it will provide a more luxurious in-car experience. The car will also feature a sophisticated Yamaha audio system, like the one present in the Mitsubishi Xforce.

Design and Aesthetic Improvements

According to Atsushi Gomi, the chief product specialist of Mitsubishi, they have developed the new Outlander PHEV with customer feedback in mind. The new car will offer a ‘higher quality feel’, and the vehicle will be available in a new ‘Moonstone Gray Metallic’ color. This will further refine the flagship appeal of the SUV. The front fascia of the Outlander PHEV will also be updated to make it appear more sophisticated. 

 Where will the Outlander PHEV be launched?

 The new Outlander PHEV will first be launched in Japan. Subsequently, Mitsubishi will release it in other countries, including the UAE. The current Outlander PHEV in the UAE market is equipped with electric power steering, a 2.4-liter engine, and a 13.8 kWh lithium-ion battery. The upcoming model is likely to be a more powerful replacement. Thus, Mitsubishi continues to set benchmarks with its innovative stance and excellence in the hybrid vehicle segment.
