Automechanika Dubai Awards 2024: Recognizing Excellence in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry

SAUDI ARABIA : The Automechanika Dubai Awards 2024 will honor groundbreaking achievements and innovations in the automotive aftermarket sector during a grand ceremony in December.

• 54 finalists across 13 categories, including two new ones: Mobile Services Provider of the Year and Car Care Specialists of the Year.
• Products category features global finalists excelling in innovation, sustainability, and safety.
• Women leaders in the automotive aftermarket industry compete for recognition.
• Winners to be announced during the trade show at Dubai World Trade Centre on December 11.

The 2024 Automechanika Dubai Awards, the most prestigious recognition platform for the automotive aftermarket industry in the Middle East, is set to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and service excellence. 

This year’s edition, taking place during the 21st Automechanika Dubai trade show, has shortlisted 54 finalists from over 409 entries across 13 categories.

Showcasing Excellence Across New and Existing Categories

This year introduces two new categories, Mobile Services Provider of the Year and Car Care Specialists of the Year, highlighting key players reshaping the automotive service landscape.  

The Mobile Services Provider shortlist includes Orient Motors, known for maintaining fleets for prominent entities like Dubai Taxi and Sharjah RTA. Autopro, recognized for its quick-service solutions within ENOC stations, and CAFU, an innovator in automotive and mobility technology, also made the list.  

In the Car Care Specialists category, Meta Mechanics Auto Repair Centre leads with a reputation for transparency. Emirati SME D Luxe Car Care is celebrated for luxury and trust, while Performansion and AutoMillennium Group bring expertise in vehicle aesthetics and transformations.

Recognizing Pioneers in Innovation and Sustainability

The Products category remains a focal point, with international contenders excelling in innovation, sustainability, and safety.

In the Innovation Product of the Year category, finalists include Ennoventure from Saudi Arabia, Canadian company CAMAUTO, Denmark’s HBC Systems, and UAE-based Ferdinand Bilstein Middle East.

Sustainability Product of the Year highlights IGL Coatings, GAT GmbH, and ENOC Marketing, among others, for their environmentally conscious solutions. Taiwan’s Team Young received recognition for developing a revolutionary battery power device to replace toxic lead-acid batteries.

Safety Product of the Year finalists include HELLA Middle East for their safety brake pads and Ferdinand Bilstein Middle East for their advanced diagnostic tools.

Celebrating Women Leaders in Automotive Aftermarket

This year, the Women in Automotive Aftermarket category showcases exceptional female leaders driving change in the industry. Among the finalists are Shubhra Srivastava, CEO of GaragePlug Inc., Gaitri Jeswani, COO of Eurodiesel Services, Mary Munyao, Co-Founder of Yna Kenya, and Bhavika Sachdeva, Director of Trinity Lubes and Greases FZC.

The Awards Ceremony and Trade Show

The winners will be unveiled on December 11 during a grand ceremony at the Dubai World Trade Centre, held as part of the 21st edition of Automechanika Dubai. With over 2,200 exhibitors from 60 countries and an anticipated attendance of more than 56,000 visitors, the event promises to be the largest yet.

The Automechanika Dubai Awards 2024 will shine a spotlight on the innovators, leaders, and companies shaping the automotive aftermarket sector. With its diverse categories and global participation, the awards not only celebrate excellence but also set the stage for future advancements in the industry.
