Took my family to a test drive for the new Jetour T2. The cabin is modern with screens for days, cool mood lighting, and loads of options for charging gadgets. The engine was peppy enough for city and highway, and the rear seats reclined, my kids nearly dozed off on the demo run. Trunk is huge, easy for travel plans. All the smart safety features are available, impressive for its price, felt like a tech-savvy car without breaking the bank. If you want value, features, and family comfort, the T2 is a nice surprise.

The T2 comes across as an SUV that is built for enthusiasts, and there are many features that are visible the moment you get inside it. The intelligent four-wheel-drive system with limited-slip differentials which boosts traction and stability, for superior handling of different terrains in the Kingdom. The high ground clearance of around 220 mm, helps navigate rough or off-roads quite comfortably. Using the AWD with limited-slip diffs instead of full 4WD with locking differentials, its off-road capability is still impressive for this Chinese-made SUV. The brand had done a great job.

Despite the competitive price of the T2, Jetour is offering a lot with this compact mid-size SUV. Like premium materials inside the cabin including leather upholstery and aluminum accents, a digital driver display and a big touchscreen console enhance, ventilated leather seats, power adjustments, and a panoramic sunroof maximize comfort, same is the case with rear passengers with generous space, ambient lighting, climate control, and multiple USB ports for convenience. The T2 is also good for off-roading with all-terrain tires, high ground clearance.

The Jetour T2 from the Chinese brand comes across as a well-built, compact, stylish SUV which is quite affordable under SAR 140,000 for the top variants. This is a great package and also gaining good popularity among buyers in Saudi Arabia. And, there is a change in the Middle East as more and more customers are open to buying a Chinese brand. The Jetour is one example that has been getting a lot of attention from customers here in a few cities in KSA. The car has a powerful engine, good driving dynamics along with great features, and is suitable for family use.

I wanted to share my thoughts after a few weeks of driving Jetour t2. What really impressed me on this car were all the modern features you get for the price. The steering wheel feels good in my hands, thanks to the leather wrapping, and it's easy to adjust to find the perfect driving position. The 15.6-inch touchscreen is massive and makes everything easy to see and control. I love that I can connect my phone with Apple CarPlay and charge it using the USB ports. Plus, the voice recognition is surprisingly good at understanding my commands while driving here. Overall, the Jetour T2 feels like a well-equipped and modern SUV for the price.
