Riddara RD6 Electric Pickup Launched in UAE

SAUDI ARABIA : Riddara is a fully electric pickup truck manufacturing subsidiary of the Chinese carmaker, Geely Holding Group. Riddara aims to revolutionize and electrify the world of pickup trucks, with its capable and powerful products.

AGMC, the authorized dealer of Riddara Vehicles, has launched the new Riddara RD6 electric pickup truck in the UAE. The electric pickup comes with a 4x4 drive configuration. It has a sturdy look and promises to handle both on-road commutes and off-road adventures. 

The RD6 has 2 variants: the 73 kWh variant is available for AED 139,500 and the 86 kWh variant is priced at AED 169,500. Bookings as well as deliveries for the electric pickup have already started.

The Riddara RD6 is a mid-size electric pickup truck. It has a comfortable and roomy cabin that can easily seat 5 people and a spacious long bed at the rear with a 1,200-liter cargo capacity. It also has a 70-liter frunk.

Riddara RD6: Powertrain Configuration

The Riddara RD6 is powered by a 4x4 electric motor that produces a peak output of 422 horsepower and 585 Nm of torque. It claims to accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds and has a top speed of 190 kmph. The 73 kWh variant delivers a range of 424km and the 86 kWh has a 455 km range.

Riddara RD6: Exterior Design & Features

The Riddara RD6 is a pickup truck that comes with a rugged and robust look. It has a powerful stance and looks attractive. It gets thick cladding all around for those off-road adventures. The front bumper also features skid plates and the pickup also has roof rails. The RD6 is equipped with all LED headlights with LED DRLs (daytime running lights). It also has LED tail lights and an LED light bar at the rear that connects both tail lights. The Riddara RD6 is fitted with 17-inch alloy wheels, however, the tire sizes aren’t out yet.
