New Nissan Magnite Unveiled: Compact, Striking, And Bold!

SAUDI ARABIA : Nissan has unveiled the latest iteration of its lovable little SUV, the Magnite. Better tech, engine performance, and more, here is all that is new on the 2024 Nissan Magnite. 

Dimensions

Interestingly, the Nissan Magnite has the most spacious and comfortable space even if it is very small as per dimensions, with a length of nearly four meters, 1,758mm in width, and 1,572mm tall. On paper, you would find it too tight for passengers. Well, the generous wheelbase measures 2,500mm, which works to create a more interior room, allowing five occupants to sit comfortably.

This makes the Magnite a perfect fit for city runs where space is scarce. Supporting this is Nissan's ground-breaking Around View Monitor, which stitches together a 360-degree bird's-eye view of the car, using four strategically placed cameras. The result is that parking in tight city spots is much easier and less stressful and gives drivers a significant edge in crowded city traffic conditions.

Powertrains 

Under the hood of Magnite lies an advanced 1.0-liter turbocharged engine, quite a powerhouse in a small box. Consumers can have this engine mated with either a manual transmission or Nissan's advanced Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).

It churns out 99bhp and 160 Nm of torque, which is a pretty good bargain for such a unit and reflects a very good balance of sportiness and economy.

The fuel economy figures are impressive-in the case of the manual tranny at 20 km/l and 17.4 km/l for the CVT variant-which are good by any standards, especially for city driving or longer trips.

Exterior & Design

The SUV strongly features the rugged allure with modern, refined styles. It is accentuated by LED lights at both front and back, giving it a sharp, modern look. Alloy wheels and sturdy roof rails add to this more adventurous edge, while the remote engine start feature, along with walk-away lock and approach unlock functions, are offered for improved daily convenience.
