It also comes with the ‘PowerShot’ feature that boosts the horsepower by 40 for 15 seconds. This creates a thrilling auditory experience for automotive enthusiasts.

    The Charger EV comes in two main variants: the 'R/T' and the 'Scat Pack'. The 'Scat Pack', with its 670bhp, is equipped with the "Track Package". It comes with adaptive dampers, Brembo brakes, a data logger, and sportier seats. This model can accelerate to 60 mph in about 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 137 mph. It takes just 11.5 seconds to cover a quarter of a mile.

     Dodge has fixed the starting price for the Dodge Charger EV at $59,595 (AED 218,138) for the 496bhp 'R/T' model. The high-performance 670bhp 'Scat Pack' variant comes at $73,190 (AED 268,693). Some optional packages are also available, including the Plus Group priced at $4,995 (AED 18,357). It offers a premium interior trim and a 360-degree camera. The Sun and Sound Package, priced at $2,495 (AED 9,163), features an Alpine sound system and a glass roof.

    Upcoming Models and Future Plans

    Dodge has announced that it will soon commence the production of the two-door Charger EV. The four-door Daytona models will be launched in the early phase of the coming year. The automobile manufacturer also has plans to release a new gasoline-powered Charger with a twin-turbo engine in late 2025.

    Although the ongoing advancements to the sound profile have taken place since the concept stage, Dodge assures that the production model will deliver a sound intensity comparable to that of the legendary Hellcat.
