BMW Concept Skytop Revealed, Hints At A Two-Seater Grand Tourer For Future

SAUDI ARABIA : BMW lifted off covers from the all-new Concept Skytop at the recently-held Villa d’Este Concours d’Elegance. Inspired by the 1998 BMW Z8 from the past, the new BMW Concept Skytop previews a possible two-seater grand tourer with a V8 engine that might arrive soon.

The ultra-thin all-LED headlamps are positioned on milled aluminum carriers, whereas its LED tail lamps have a slim design. 

    Wrapped in brown leather upholstery, the cabin of the BMW Concept Skytop gets top-quality leather seats with brogue-styled accents and crystal-themed gear shifter. The latest-generation BMW iDrive infotainment system, a full-TFT instrument console, and a fully adjustable multi-functional steering wheel look familiar, as they have been inspired from the BMW 8-Series.

    The BMW Concept Skytop has a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine under its hood, the maximum power output of which is rated at 643 bhp. However, all other mechanical specifications of this concept car are under wraps for now.
