2025 Cadillac Escalade: What to Expect from the Latest Model?

SAUDI ARABIA : The  2025 Cadillac Escalade three-row SUV is a bulky flagship, loaded with tech and luxury. The 2025 model is set to be launched in Middle Eastern countries including Saudi Arabia.

• The new Cadillac Escalade comes with refreshed styling comprising a large grille, horizontal LED headlamps, 24-inch wheels and restyled tail lights.
• With ample room for 7 passengers, the cabin features semi-aniline leather, large 55-inch digital cluster cum infotainment, rear entertainment screens, ventilated and massage seats, etc.
• The SUV will be powered by a 6.2L V8 engine that makes up to 628hp, depending on the trim, linked to a standard 10-speed automatic gearbox.

The three-row luxury SUV Cadillac Escalade has been refreshed for the 2025 model boasting a new design, updated interiors and safety features. After the launch in the American market, the 2025 Escalade will soon be released in the Middle Eastern markets presenting itself as a tough competitor to the German counterparts.

Exterior Enhancements

With the 2025 edition of Escalade, the brand aims to align the styling updates with its EV lineup. The alterations include a restyled front with a massive grille with a new design, peeking LED DRLs, and horizontal LED headlights with redesigned illuminated grille surround available on select trims.

The car has huge 24-inch wheels, which are the largest ever introduced in an Escalade along with new colour choices. The rear profile comes with revamped taillamps, refreshed lower bumper cover and small tweaks here and there.

Upscale interiors

Being the flagship model of the lineup, the Escalade has upped the ante in terms of luxury with faux leather in the base trim and semi-aniline leather for the remaining trims. The dashboard and door panels are also leather-covered while the aluminium speaker grilles and ambient lighting lend it an upmarket appearance. 

In terms of electronics, the Escalade comes fully equipped with the centre of attraction being a digital dashboard that incorporates three curved OLED screens measuring 55 inches diagonally from pillar to pillar. The gauge cluster on the left is for the driver while the rest is for the infotainment. Other features include an augmented-reality-based navigation system and rear-seat entertainment package including 12.6-inch displays.

The car also offers wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support, a wi-fi hotspot, heated, ventilated and massaging seats and a renowned AKG sound system comprising 19 to 40 speakers, depending on the trim. There is a range of driver assistance features, including intersection automatic emergency braking, lane change alert with side blind zone alert, rear cross traffic braking, HD surround vision, advanced park assist, etc.

Engine and Performance

The biggest SUV from Cadillac now ditches the earlier diesel powertrain to make space for the mammoth 6.2L V8 engine that makes 420hp, linked to a 10-speed automatic gearbox with options of rear and all-wheel-drive system. For enthusiasts yearning for more power can choose the top-end V trim that houses a nasty 628 hp supercharged 6.2L V8.

The SUV rolls on an independent rear suspension offering additional third-row legroom which was missing in the earlier model that had a solid rear axle. Higher-end variants also come with air springs with adaptive dampers.

Launch Date, Pricing and Rivals

The new 2025 Cadillac Escalade is expected to be launched in Saudi Arabia early next year with the price starting from $89,590 (336,000 SAR). The luxury three-row SUV will be competing against the Mercedes-Benz GLS-class, Infiniti QX80 and the BMW X7 in its segment.
