Nissan Patrol 2025: Variants Explanation

As much of a household name as Saudi Aramco, the Nissan Patrol is a legend in Saudi Arabia’s automobile community. Engine specs

With the 5.6-liter V8 gone, all variants of the Nissan Patrol 2025 in KSA come with new six-cylinder petrol engines. Both are modern power plants and come with features such as variable valve timing, direct fuel injection, and dual overhead camshafts. The base engine is a 3.8-liter V6 with no turbochargers and produces 316 hp and 386 Nm of torque.

This N/A engine should be capable of 9.7 kmpl or 10.3 L/100 km, with the sprint from 0-100 kmph taking less than 10 seconds. The other powerplant offered with the Nissan Patrol 2025 is a 3.5-liter V6. It is smaller than the old V8 but manages 25 hp and 140 Nm more due to its two turbochargers.

The total output of the new Patrol’s twin-turbo V6 stands at a respectable 425 hp and 700 Nm of torque. The new Patrol no longer gets the Hydraulic Body Motion Control (HBMC) technology. Instead, it boasts a modern adaptive air suspension system with active ride-height control for better body control and ride.

However, this is only available on the range-topping LE Platinum City. Mid trims like the LE Titanium and LE Titanium+ feature double wishbones at the front and coil springs with electrically-controlled shock absorbers at the rear. The lower variants use the same wishbone setup up front, but the rear is handled by simple coil springs with passive shock absorbers.

Dimensions

The immense size of the all-new Nissan Patrol 2025 means that its three rows can accommodate up to eight people. Moreover, its rugged body-on-frame construction means that the new Patrol tips the scales at a hefty 2.8 tons! The N/A version’s Platinum City and twin-turbo version’s Titanium variants get large 20-inch wheels. This means a ground clearance of 253 mm.

Nissan Patrol 2025 customers in KSA have access to up to eleven exterior colors. There are four dual-tone colors: Radiant White with Super Black Roof, Gray Metallic with Super Black Roof, Silver Metallic with Super Black Roof, and Forest Green with Super Black Roof.
