ZEEKR’s 1st Ever Showroom And Service Centre Is Now Open In The UAE!

SAUDI ARABIA : If premium electric vehicles interest you, we have some good news! AW Rostamani Group has officially opened up a showroom and service center in UAE and with this, our market has definitely taken a big step forward when it comes to electric vehicles.

• If you don’t know what ZEEKR is, the brand is essentially a premium electric vehicle brand that focuses only on EVs
• We expect a lot of developments for EVs in the UAE soon!

AW Rostamani Group has just opened a space for the ZEEKR brand in the UAE. AW Rostamani is more than 60 years old. ZEEKR is a Chinese global brand that makes premium electric vehicles and is owned by Geely Automobile Holdings. Now yes, we understand a lot of the readers’ inhibitions upon hearing that ZEEKR is Chinese. But its cars have been around for a while and they see to be quality products. This is massive news for the UAE since a global EV maker coming to our shores means there is a lot of exciting news in the coming months. 

The ZEEKR space is located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, and promises to give customers a modern-day, digital, seamless experience. Now while we cannot verify that as of now, we’d love to visit it and see what it’s like in person. For now, the showroom will have 2 ZEEKR models on display: the ZEEKR X and the ZEEKR 001. After gauging public reaction, the brand might just bring in more crs. 

And talking about that, even the director of Yeti Car Rental was also involved in this ribbon-cutting ceremony and that means we might just see some collaboration between the brands in the future. Maybe the addition of the X and 001 (and probably other models) in the Yeti Car Central’s rental fleet? Fingers crossed! 

To sum things up, ZEEKR coming to the UAE is indeed a massive step for us in the right direction. We hope to see a lot more of this Chinese brand on our roads and hope that a lot of the local manufacturers pick up on some of the Chinese tech as well.
