SAUDI ARABIA : Al Nabooda Automobiles, a distributing partner of Volkswagen in Dubai has launched the Rashidiya showroom to make the overall customer experience a lot better.

Service Center Transformed into a Three-in-One Hub

Al Nabooda Automobiles L.L.C has unveiled the major overhaul of its Volkswagen Rashidiya facility, which is the sole distributor of Volkswagen in Dubai and the Northern Emirates will transform what was once a dedicated service center into an integrated hub with an incorporated showroom, service center, and spare parts division. 

This is part of Al Nabooda Automobiles strategic move to keep on top of increasing demand for Volkswagen cars while raising the level of customer experience for new buyers and those searching for certified used cars.

The revamped facility, which previously operated solely as a service center, has been expanded into a cutting-edge complex that brings all aspects of Volkswagen ownership under one roof. Spanning an impressive 97,382 square feet, this modernized space now includes a sleek showroom featuring Volkswagen’s entire model lineup. 

For those visiting for vehicle maintenance, the service reception provides a seamless experience with 52 service lifts and 110 parking spaces for easy access. Additionally, the center includes a Certified Used Cars area, where over 30 vehicles are displayed, giving customers an array of pre-owned models to suit various needs and budgets.

Used Car Business Expansion

The Rashidiya facility is also the new home of SELECT Certified Used Cars, a recently launched brand under Al Nabooda Automobiles aimed at offering certified used cars beyond Volkswagen’s traditional lineup. SELECT provides a comprehensive selection of pre-owned vehicles from a variety of manufacturers, all of which undergo a rigorous 99-point inspection and are backed by a warranty.

Every car sold under the SELECT brand is meticulously prepared before being delivered to its new owner. Buyers also benefit from added perks such as free registration. This facility now serves as a one-stop destination for all car-related needs, including sales, servicing, and financing solutions.
