Their new initiative is a bold step that focuses on trust, ease, and technology, reshaping how Saudis upgrade their vehicles.
A New Chapter in Used Car Trade
Launched during Ramadan, the new car exchange program by MYNM has made buying and selling used cars easier across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Khobar. The process is designed to be simple and efficient, allowing customers to walk into a showroom, get a quick car assessment, and drive away in a new vehicle.
Rhett Maxwell, Managing Director of JLR at MYNM, stated: “Saudi Arabia has rapidly ascended in importance for Jaguar Land Rover in the MENA region... our goal remains to become the most significant and respected in the region.”
He credited this to rising income, shifting demographics, and increased demand from female buyers, especially for models like the Land Rover Defender.
Mojaz’s Role in Boosting Trust
Working with Mojaz, MYNM has added transparency to every step. Mojaz inspects the car, checks its history, and gives an unbiased valuation.
“Transparency is critical in the trade-in process,” said Abdulaziz Al Khurayf, VP at Mojaz. “Our role is to provide an unbiased, data-driven assessment of a vehicle’s condition.”
This approach removes the guesswork and helps customers make fair decisions.
How the New Exchange Program Works
- Customers can begin the process online or by calling MYNM’s customer service.
- After entering their vehicle details, they receive a preliminary value.
- Mojaz conducts an official inspection for a final quote.
- If accepted, the trade-in is completed quickly and smoothly.
- The system also provides full-service records and Najm reports.
Advanced Tech Enhancing Inspections
MYNM uses advanced tools to scan each vehicle, even noting optional upgrades that might be missed. Maxwell explained: “When inspecting a Jaguar Land Rover vehicle, we utilize a specialized application... This is particularly valuable for customers who may not be the original owners.”
This digital approach ensures all features are accounted for, boosting the car’s value.
Beyond Ramadan – A Long-Term Vision
While launched in Ramadan, the program is not seasonal. “This initiative is not confined to Ramadan. It marks the start of an ongoing effort to revolutionize the trade-in culture in Saudi Arabia,” Maxwell said.
Customers can visit booths at JLR showrooms or service centers to trade cars from 2016 to 2025 under 150,000 km, even from other brands.
Mohammad Yousuf Naghi Motors is pushing the boundaries of customer service and innovation. With Mojaz, MYNM has introduced a trusted, tech-backed, and simple way to trade cars in Saudi Arabia—setting a new standard in the Kingdom’s automotive future.
