Hyundai N Vision 74 To Soon Enter Production

SAUDI ARABIA : The legendary Hyundai N Vision 74 concept car will soon enter the production line. The interesting thing about the Vision 74 was that enthusiasts across the globe loved its concept and hence a lot of them wanted the car to enter production as soon as possible.

Amidst the electric cars Hyundai plans to release shortly, the N Vision 74 will be a notable car in Hyundai’s line of EVs. This lineup will range from mainstream and affordable products to sports and luxury vehicles as a result of Hyundai’s desire to provide for all segments of the market. 

N Vision 74 is rather representative of Hyundai’s strategic direction in expanding its electric lineup with premium segment-exclusive choices. Design

The exterior of the Hyundai Vision 74 has been conceived with influence from Hyundai’s past, from the Hyundai N 2025 Vision Gran Turismo concept first revealed in 2015 and has taken influence from the 1974 Pony Coupe concept. This merge of past and future design elements locates Vision 74 in between the brand’s design heritage and its endowment to the future.

Interestingly, it is claimed that the Hyundai Vision 74 concept will use the same hybrid hydrogen fuel cell system that was hinted at in Hyundai’s virtual supercar. This particular idea unveils what the future is likely to embrace; it is worth noting that at this stage of production, one is likely to notice certain disparities compared to what the concept model portrayed.

Powertrain

Officially introduced in mid-2022 as the next concept, the Hyundai N Vision 74 is no weakling with its dual rear-mounted electric motors that deliver more than 679 horsepower altogether. Like its concept siblings, this car is driven by a sophisticated 95-kW hydrogen fuel cell coupled with 62. 4-kWh battery, which gives cent percent guarantee of providing more than 595 kilometers of power-packed journey. 

Another advantage of this powertrain is that the hydrogen tank can be refueled in as little as five minutes, and thus there is a great balance between power, or lack thereof, and practicality.

Launch & Availability

According to recent reports, the Hyundai N Vision 74 is set to enter an exclusive production run, with only a limited number of units being manufactured. It is expected that just 200 of these special edition vehicles will be produced globally, making it a highly sought-after collector's item. 

The rarity of the N Vision 74 is matched by its premium pricing, with each unit anticipated to carry a price tag exceeding $300,000 (AED 1,101,750). This limited production run highlights Hyundai’s strategy to blend exclusivity with cutting-edge technology, creating a unique offering within the high-performance electric vehicle market.
