Chery Launches Spare Parts Warehouse in the Middle East

SAUDI ARABIA : Chinese Automobile manufacturer Chery has inaugurated a new Spare Parts Warehouse facility in the Middle East region to strengthen its after-sales support and services for customers across the Middle East and Africa region.

• The new Chery spare part warehouse is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
• The warehouse will cater to customers in the Middle East, Central Africa, West Africa, and North Africa regions

The Jeddah Motor Show will witness the presence of different car manufacturers which are present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia along with automobile enthusiasts from around the country and the Middle East region under one roof. 

Highlights of the new Chery Spare Parts Warehouse

The new Chery warehouse facility has modern logistics equipment, including 22 high storage racks and an 8,000-square-meter mezzanine. It offers a total of 25,000 storage spaces to hold a large number of automobile spare parts to support customers across the Middle East and Africa region.

How the new Chery Spare Parts warehouse would cater to the different Middle East regions?

The warehouse facility is strategically located in Jeddah and is close  to both important airports, Jebel Ali Port and Al Maktoum International Airport. This makes it strongly connected to the whole Middle East region and will help in delivering the Auto parts in the different regions quickly and efficiently.

The new Chery warehouse has advanced infrastructure with the latest logistics equipment, such as 22 high-bay racks and 8,000 square meters of loft shelving. It also has 25,000 different storage spaces and currently stores 44 million RMB (23.20 million Saudi Riyal) worth of original Chery auto parts.

These auto parts cater to 22,000 different vehicle varieties and process four containers daily to meet various vehicle repair needs. 

The warehouse employs 33 experienced staff members and features 14 shipping docks to enhance efficiency and manage the supplies. The facility has already proven its shipping capabilities by reducing delivery times and offering customers faster, convenient, and smoother service. 

The first batch of orders from the facility has been processed to Sanibel Modern Motors in Saudi Arabia, marking a significant growth in regional logistics efficiency and service quality. 

The new spare part facility strengthens Chery’s commitment to providing uninterrupted support to its customers. It also shows Chery Automotive’s confidence to further enhance its customer reach and enhance the brand’s presence in the Middle Eastern automotive market.
